All prices are shown inclusive of any VAT unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without notice.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will advise you but we will not be liable to you.

4. Dispatch
* 4.1 Goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in full within this period, we will notify you.
* 4.2 Royal Mail Terms and Conditions state that for first class mail, postage is not classified as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. At this point a compenstaion claim will be submitted allowing us to re despatch the goods by recorded delivery free of charge

We will not be liable to you if Royal Mail, Business Post or FedEx fail to deliver your purchased goods whether in part of in circumstances beyond our control.
6. Secure Payment

Online payments will be made securely through WorldPay by credit or debit card(VISA/MASTERCARD/SWITCH/DELTA/SOLO). Payment can also be made by cheques drawn on a UK bank. Orders purchased by cheque will be processed and sent out once the cheque has cleared. Payment can also be made by postal order or international money order.

All payments will be in £sterling.
7. VAT

* 7.1 EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price (currently 17.5%).
* 7.2 Goods delivered outside the EU are sold exclusive of VAT (currently 17.5%). This price difference will be shown in the total on the final checkout screen.

8. Returns

* 8.1 We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return the goods we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
* 8.2 Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
* 8.3 Goods purchased from the Site can be returned unopened within 7 days of the date of receipt.
* 8.4 All returns must be authorised in advance by contacting Customer Services.
* 8.5 Refund will be applicable to the cost of goods only, and not to the cost of postage or carriage. We accept no liability for non-receipt of returned goods.
